Is this consider STD?

Recently, my foreskin started getting very itchy and red.

i tried those rashes cream but it doesn't seem to work.

It's been itching for a week already with no signs of recovering.
And when i pull back the foreskin, there's some discharge.


Penis head is not red or itchy though.

what kind of discharge? If your penis have whitish or greenish or yellowish creamy stuff, most likely there's bacteria infection due to STD or unclean. If the discharge very obvious come out from penis head hole then you better go see doctor take some meds.

yo bro, the discharge is slimy and colourless.

The circumference of the foreskin is reddish and slight swollen now.
No pain at all.

went to find an FL.
No raw. no anal. Wore condom most of the time except bbbj

Most likely would be the bbbj that is causing something if there is.

Update:
Went to see doctor last Thurs.
doc say might be because of herpes and prescribe me this cream
Acyclovir 5% cream.


I applied it for the past 4 days, but still no recovery.
In fact, the itch worsens.


Most probably will be visiting doc again.
Will share if find solution

I thought herpes usually will have blistering with fever, not just discharge only? Hope it will ease up soon.

Herpes is usually more painful. From the way you describe your symptoms sounds more like fungus or bacteria to me. The Doctor should do a swab test to find out.
